- in the event of cancellation or delay due to weather conditions, your order will me moved to the next available date, alternatively a refund is available upon request and will take 3-5 working days after request - due to external payment provider processing time
- deliveries aim to be completed by 6pm
- Delivery date or area changes in the fortnight before Christmas, may incur a $5 processing fee. Please check the area you are in.
- Cancellations on the day before or on the day of delivery, may incur a $15 restocking fee per bag. Fee will be deducted from refund.
