- delivery may be delayed or cancelled due to weather conditions
- in the event of cancellation or delay due to weather conditions, your order will me moved to the next available date, alternatively a refund is available upon request and will take 3-5 working days after request - due to external payment provider processing time
- deliveries aim to be completed by 6pm
- Cancellations on the day of delivery will not be refunded. Cancellations on the day before of delivery, may incur a $25 restocking fee per bag. Fee will be deducted from refund.
